The project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Song Cong 2 Industrial Park - Phase 2, Thai Nguyen province was signed the Investment Approval Decision by the Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai on March 7, 2024. The implementation location is in Ba Xuyen commune and Tan Quang commune, Song Cong city, Thai Nguyen province, divided into two zones: Zone 1 and Zone 2
– Zone 1 has an area of 175.52 hectares, located in the administrative boundary of Tan Quang commune and part of Ba Xuyen commune, Song Cong city.
– Zone 2 has an area of 120.72 hectares, located in the administrative boundary of Ba Xuyen commune and part of Tan Quang commune, Song Cong city.
The project is expected to be completed within 36 months from the date the State hands over the land, with a total estimated investment capital of VND 3,985.47 billion, of which the investor's contributed capital is VND 597.82 billion.

The main road of the Industrial Park has a road width of 36m, the branch roads have road widths of 28.5m and 22.5m, are built in a square grid, ensuring convenient access to the land.
Power is supplied to both Zone 1 and Zone 2 from the national grid through a 110/22KV transformer station with a capacity of 3 x 63 MVA.
Zone 1: The IP is supplied with water from Song Cong Water Plant and Tich Luong Water Plant with a capacity of 7,200 m3/day and night. Zone 2 is supplied with a water supply station having a capacity of 4,800 m3/day and night.
Water supply system for fire protection is located along road lines. The distance between fireplugs is from 120 m to 150 m. The fire-fighting pillar diameter is D125mm.
Rain water drainage system is constructed separately with wastewater drainage system. The diameter of underground rain-water drainage pipe is D800mm (minimum) with the principle of automatic drainage.
Wastewater treatment station has a capacity of 11,200 m3/day. The diameter of wastewater drainage pipe is D300mm.
The main signal source is taken from the switchboard in Thai Nguyen city, through the incoming trunk line to satellite stations provided to the Industrial Park, ensuring the Industrial Park's operation according to the regulations.
